If selling means showcasing some value to a potential buyer, I think some of today’s homes are falling a little short.  I’m looking at a few of today’s homes and scratching my head… wondering what the agent was thinking.  Where’s the value in crummy photos and a generic description?

Anyway, there are some highlights, including the first townhouse on Johnson, and there’s a brand new listing on one of Milton’s most sought after streets.

I counted four of today’s homes that either back onto, or face, busy roads, or present or future commercial use.  So be careful, make sure you have a well-researched and proactive agent, and check those zoning maps and call the Town.  Oh, and if you’re interested in seeing the video Colin Best and I did last year about the future of Milton, here’s the link (it’s 21 minutes, so grab a beverage!).
