Boy, do we have a grrrreat episode for you today. I’ll start off by giving you a sneak preview into two homes that won’t hit the public MLS until later in the weekend or possibly Monday. 183 Leiterman is listing for $539,800, and 437 Laundon will be $719,900.
There’s a couple of good deals on the list today. A townhouse with a nice kitchen for under $400k and a detached home under $500K on a pie shaped lot … wowzers! I also like the Huxley model on Marshall, and there’s even a home with an ELEVATOR. We don’t see those often.
We’ll also see a couple of guest appearances by Samuel L. Jackson, and our friends Andre and Big Boi. 🙂
