Well we can’t have awesome listings every day. Today’s list is kind of blah (much like the weather outside)… but I tried to offer a lot of insight into the eight properties, so hopefully you’ll learn something.
Right now, I’m getting ready for tomorrow’s Buyer Class. I was amazed at the response we had… but I guess that’s what happens when you take five months off from doing them! 🙂
