One of the most interesting homes we’ve seen in a while is the legal duplex on Robert. It might work as an investment property, or it’s pretty close to the value someone would pay for an empty lot, so it can work well for a knock-down reno, too. Nice one!
Plus, we’ve got a great deal on a semi-detached under $350k, and if you like wine, check out the cellar on Inglis – holy cow! And unfortunately we’ve got the return of Craigslist photos on one of today’s listings… kind of funny, but mostly just sad.
