I hope this doesn’t affect them too much, but the semi-detached on Racey is listed as a townhouse. Confirmed through Google Maps that it is in fact a semi-detached. It’s really nice, and they priced it well given recent activity in the surrounding streets.
Some clients laugh at the collection of bawdy street names in the area – Racey, Eager, Cumming and Bonin. I’m sure our resident street name police, Local and Regional Councillor Colin Best, might have something to say about that. 🙂
Also, there’s a semi-detached for a little bit less money on Coates. And would you rather take quality over size? That’s the battle going on between Syer and today’s listing on Farmstead.
