If you’re looking at a budget of less than $400k, you are being treated this week!
A semi-detached for the lowest price I’ve seen in a while at $379k, plus a couple of townhouses with no condo fees under $350,000, and a 2-bedroom plus den condo in a recently upgraded building for just over $250k.
My favourite pick of the day is a bungalow with a double garage on Broadway for $439k. You don’t see those often, and the lot is a very respectable size at 50 x 132 feet.
There’s a ranch bungalow on 10-acres in the $800’s, and a good looking house on Roper backing onto a pond. The more I look at this list, the more I think it’s one of the better ones we’ve seen in the last few weeks. Enjoy!
