You can see they missed mapping the location on Duncan Lane by about 500 kilometres.  🙂

I sold the same model as Shepherd last YEAR on a busier street for nearly as much as they’re asking, so I think that is one of the best homes of the day.

Hawthorne Crescent backs onto Bronte, otherwise I’m sure it would be up in the $600’s.  Might be a good opportunity for someone with a slightly lower budget to get into a nice four-bedroom double garage home in the neighbourhood.

And you can get the same model as Solomon over on Attenborough with a BONUS finished basement for $30k less.  Both backing onto greenspace.  To me, there’s a clear winner in terms of value for your money.

Jumping over to the second list from the Oakville-Milton Real Estate Board… I don’t know where agents get square footage sometimes, but the home on McKay is exactly 1300 square feet.  I have the plans!  Either way, it’s a great deal for that size backing onto the Union Gas trail.

Despite having a strong list of homes today, Winter Crescent might be my favourite of the day.  3390 square feet plus a finished basement, on one of the most desired streets in town (just a few steps from Hawthorne Village Public School) for only $799k sounds great to me.
