We are back after a bit of a stretch away at a conference. Doing the videos is definitely fun and I miss them when I’m not able to do them.
Most of the properties from today’s list are pricing like it’s the middle of spring, when in actuality it’s a slower time of year. I talk about some of the advantages of buying and selling at this time of year in the video.
But don’t tell Barr Crescent that things are slower – they received an offer after just a few days on the market. Also in today’s episode, I’ll talk about the “two tracks” of the real estate market I see out there, and some ways you can increase your chances of getting top dollar when you sell, or to get a super duper deal when you buy.
