I absolutely adore the condo on Costigan overlooking greenspace.  And based on what else has sold, I think it’s a steal.  Two car parking is a bonus.  And I’ll also talk about the “high tide, low tide” pricing for a certain type of townhouse, and why one of today’s homes will benefit from big demand and not much competition.
