Each element of a listing, whether it’s the photos or the description, needs to stand on its own. If you’re reviewing your own listing, really say to yourself – would I go see this home based on ONLY the photos? ONLY the description?
I can tell you from loads of experience that the better your description and the better your photos, the more you will like the end result.
