I saw a couple of these in person on the weekend. Pretty good stuff. It seems like most of the good homes are holding back on offers for a few days after listing. That’s a Toronto trend that’s crept west through Mississauga to Milton lately.
Anyhow, I’m putting a video together that is going to address the issue of the market. When is the right time to buy? I had a comment from somebody over the weekend who thought that the second half of the year would be more favourable to buyers – and I completely disagreed with that.
