To me, this is the best list of 2012 so far.
Old Milton is bringing the fire today, with a small renovated bungalow on a big piece of land, plus a couple of great homes in Dorset Park, both of which fit into the rare category of “big lot, upgraded home”.
There’s also a great looking townhouse on Kerr, a potentially wonderful investment (or live-in property) on McLaren in Campbellville, and a magnificent property on Martin that backs onto Mill Pond. Imagine watching the kids skate on the pond, or feeding ducks in the morning. Wow.
