An open letter to the real estate community… a ravine is defined as a “deep, narrow gorge with steep sides, worn by running water”.  It is larger than a gully and smaller than a canyon.  But it seems like that word has now turned into the catch-all phrase for woodlot, forest, greenspace, parkland, and various other landscapes.  You can see the word being used inappropriately today.  🙂

Plus, we have at minimum a Top 5 finalist for the worst photos of the year, and some strange pricing strategies that may not be in the sellers’ best interests.  The property on Fulton is by far the day’s most interesting home, with a separate living space that could be ideal for an elderly parent.

We’re running Tours of Homes all weekend… you can click the link over there >> or this link to register.  It’s a great way to get to know the area and the types of homes in your price range – even if you plan on buying next year.  Hope you see you!
