It’s quite rare to find 3-bedroom condos in newer buildings… there’s many more 2-bedrooms or 2+dens out there. The one we have in today’s list is in the Bristol on Main building, with more than 1200 square feet and less than $300/month in condo fees. You could go to Greenlife and pay more than $400,000 and get lower fees, but this one looks good to me, it just needs some new floors.
Also in today’s episode is a cute 1-bedroom bungalow near downtown, and a 6-bedroom (plus three more in the basement) in Hawthorne Village. I think there’s a market for this home for a larger family, and you just don’t see that many bedrooms anywhere in town very often.
