If you’re beside a busier road, is it better to hide that fact on the listing, or be overt about it? Perhaps you’d get less showings, but more quality with buyers coming in KNOWING its location… No right answer on that one, I think it’s up to the seller and the agent to decide. But I like that they made my job easier to explain the location to you. 🙂
