I really think there are some excellent options for somebody looking to buy a two-car garage under $500k on the market right now. And I have a feeling they’ll get harder to find as we hit the spring.
Anyways, nothing under $350k today… and anything under $400k seems to be flying off the shelf. Great duo on Hutchinson, one with a massive lot. Good list for a Monday.
