After all the mess with my daughter’s breathing last week, I’m back with some extra facial hair and ready to talk about homes.
There are 19 listings coming off the weekend, which is actually pretty high compared to this time last year.
My favourite homes of the day are Dockray and Philbrook. Very similar layouts, great finishes in both, and solid neighbourhoods in Beaty and Coates. When in doubt, choose the one with the sauna, right?
Be careful about the basement “apartment” on Van Fleet… it’s almost like they added the right thing to the wrong house.
And I’m also going to talk about the most difficult price range to sell right now in Milton.
