Really great bungalow with a loft and finished basement in today’s episode… I think the price might even be a little low. The condo that starts us off has those nice 12-foot ceilings that you see on the 4th floor of the building, so that gets two thumbs up as well. I also like the semi on Irving for a lot less than $400k, and the greenspace in front is a TREAT. There’s 15 listings in today’s episode… and unfortunately a few of them don’t have photos ready.
