Great list today, including a couple of homes that could work as investment properties, and a hidden gem on Hobbs that hides two of its best features. But the real star of today’s show is the one on Playfair. You may or may not know that we hold the record for the highest sale in new Milton, and we’re the only ones to sell a home above $900k in the newer section. This one is going for the record, and as much as I love the bragging rights we have, I’d love to see these guys raise the bar. It’s a beautiful property, and arguably the best interior combination of size and features ever listed in Milton… on a pie-shaped lot no less!
And in other news, we’ve got two new listings, and you’ve got a 24-hour head start on all the other buyers…there’s a fabulous 1640 sq.ft. end-unit townhouse for $412,000, and a 2400 sq.ft. house on a very large lot for $574,900. I’ll tell you more tomorrow when we profile them.
