It’s a Pow-Pow-Powys kind of day, with both semis on the street lowering their price.
I’ve been inside of both homes, and I’ll give you my take on the pros and cons of each. Plus, there was a recent sale on the street that has now set the bar for each of them. In fact, the sale was most likely the reason for the price adjustment.
It’s a quiet, low-traffic street, and the semi-detached homes are on 30-foot wide lots, which is now the standard detached lot.
I’ll run through a few other listings at the end, but it’s a pretty quick episode today.
I have a feeling that we’re in for a run of less listings, which could balance the market out and bring some of the heat back. Still early, but the signs are definitely there based on what’s happened this week.
