Welcome back from the weekend, and we’re here to catch you up with all the properties from Friday until today.  Most people aren’t aware that “the MLS” (ie mls.ca) is actually not the REAL MLS.  Only licensed REALTORS have access to the source material, and the links we provide and review on this site are direct links to that information.  You’ll find many of the listings show up on our site before the public can see it.

So today we’ll go over some thoughts about the Milton Heights area and the upcoming Tremaine/401 Interchange, plus there’s a floor plan that won the “model of the year” from the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association (GTHBA) about 10 years ago.  The 56-foot lots… they just don’t make ’em like they used to.  There’s the first ever live/work unit to come on the resale market on Main Street, and I’ll tell you why I decided not to buy there when they were building.  Finally, it seems like common sense, but sellers please remember… taxidermy animals do not help you sell your house.  Take it away!
