Two of today’s homes went way beyond the limits you’d expect for a subdivision home in the new area. They’re both better than most model homes (and one is probably the BEST home I’ve ever seen in new Milton), but will a buyer write them a cheque? We’ll discuss that in the video. Plus, I’ll show you one of the essential upgrades you want the builder to do for you before moving in.
The last home commands a bit of a premium because it’s right on the tip of the planned development, on the northwest corner of Fifth Line and Lower Base Line, right before the hill descends to the new bridge.
