There’s a home in today’s list with a steep asking price for their amazing view. Things like replacement cost for a kitchen or a home… not too bad to quantify. But a great view can be both priceless and a pain in the butt to put a price on.
Next to Greenlife, I think the condo buildings on Costigan are probably the best in town – the 9-foot ceilings and the surrounding greenspace make them very attractive. We have an entry point one-bedroom in today’s list at the Ambassador building.
There’s a twin battle of the Mattamy Plan 4 (1835 sq.ft.) on Mockridge and Whewell, and it’s a great example of really good photos versus not so good photos.
Elmwood is a renovated bungalow, but does it have the square footage to compete with some of the recent sales of the single garages in the older areas? I’ll talk about it in the video. And Lyle Landing gets the nod for pick of the day. I knew it by the second or third photo. 🙂
