I am at the airport and I CAN’T WAIT to see my wife Melissa and baby Vivian. It sounds like my absence was tough because it was a crazy weekend… hopefully I’ll be able to lend a helping hand and get a few kisses from my girls.
I think this is our first TRIFECTA of “Chuck Picks of the Day”(TM). We have a lovely townhome backing onto greenspace for only $309,900, plus a super upgraded home on Woodward with a ton of space for a very aggressive $369k and a double garage Mattamy home that’s priced about $10,000 below the last few sales – AND it’s nicely upgraded.
