I haven’t seen this kind of pricing on Hampshire Way since 2012. It will likely go for more than asking.  Possibly even $50,000 more.  Did they price too low?  I’ll tell you what I think about this strategy in today’s video.

Plus, we’ll talk all about winning the “multiple offer” scenario… or at least walking away with your chin up.  I laugh when people say, “I don’t want to compete.”  My answer:  “So I guess you only want homes that nobody else wants.”  What they really mean is that they don’t want to overpay.  And I don’t want them to overpay either.

And another under-listed property (in my grand opinion) on Featherstone.  Maybe not as bad as Hampshire, but still excellent value.
