We round out a pretty fantastic week of homes with another solid list. Some leap frogging happening in this list – semi-detached homes listed for less than townhouses, and one really good double garage jumps over two nice single garage homes.
The meaty, delicious price range right now is the $500-550k zone… so many good opportunities, including two from today’s video. There’s just so many choices that open up if you stop looking for gorgeous, “blow your mind” upgrades and finishes – many of which you can do yourself afterwards for not a lot of money.
