The first two properties I assume are owned by two close family members (since they share the same last name), and they’re almost the exact same property at the exact same price…

Boy, you think they would have chosen different floor colours, or kitchen cupboards, or something… they’re identical in almost every way.  Both are priced right, but I wonder if somebody will use their similarity as leverage to squeeze a better deal?  Good real estate lesson there:  be a little different than everybody else to stand out.

I suppose that’s a good life lesson, too.

ANYHOW… I love the new listing on Laurier with the double garage, and I love many of our local agents and how they present the information in the listings.  Just like with fresh produce, buying with somebody local will almost always be a better option.
