I’m just kidding. 🙂 Everything is fine (I just got an email asking if my family was okay! Yikes!) Actually, my issue with today’s list is sloppy staging, bad photos, and some crummy floor plans. But there are a few that stand out for good reasons. Some of the homes from today’s episode are so unique that it actually looks they’re trying to reach for a record price in a higher range. But that usually means they’re competing with larger homes, or they’re trying to beat the fully detached with their semi-detached, or they’re a single garage in a price range where double garages are much more common.
I suppose time will tell if they can do it. In the meantime, enjoy today’s guest star, who helps us set the mood around here. 🙂
