Had an interesting question from a past client yesterday, asking if it’s a good or a bad thing to have 46 listings in one episode. I don’t think it’s anything to sound the alarm bells about. Usually in September there’s an upkick in inventory, and it was technically three days of listings instead of the usual Monday two-day wrap up. Everything is good, no need to worry. Basically fifteen properties per day is not that unusual for this time of season.
