When I think something is big, or a great deal, or a big benefit, there’s only one voice that plays in my mind.
That’s right, it’s the Golden Don himself. And he’s today’s guest star. Actually it’s Jimmy Fallon playing the Donald, which is almost even better than the real thing. 🙂
There are a couple of good deals today, including the end-unit townhouse on Barclay, which looks like a steal even at full price. The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow could be the GreenLife condo at 383 Main, and if you want to look at sunsets over the Escarpment, McDougall is definitely one you’ve got to see.
The other one I have my eyes on is the double garage on Cedarbrae. At $519k with some upgrades, it’s selling for the same price as most single garages. Plus, I’ll talk about a hidden benefit for live-in parents.
