Today’s list is one of the better ones we’ve seen in a while.  Barclay has some nice value-added features that will save you money in the next five years, and Costigan is sitting around the entry-point for a double garage home with some excellent features like a deep lot plus a loft area upstairs.  Plus, we’ll point out a simple fixup that would have multiplied in value on Norrington, and old Milton has a SIZZLER on Gowland – pie-shaped huge lot with a pool, plus a renovated house.  And the last one is a personal favourite of mine, with gorgeous Escarpment views in a rural area within walking distance of town.  It’s really the best of both worlds.
