I like a lot about the home on Fasken – lots of finished space for $500k (smart price choice instead of $499k), but if I was moving in, I think some glass inserts in those wall-like double doors would create a “sexy” first impression, and would allow a lot of natural light into the home.
Henry Crescent is the first listing I’ve seen for sale in the Bronte Hill development by York Trafalgar. Nice big, open main floor… but past $550k for a townhouse is a category few have reached before. Virtual tour music is very catchy. It’s right beside Bronte, so you will get some road noise. And don’t rely on that map on photo 17… it’s definitely NOT to scale (Bronte THAT close to Tremaine?), and that big green patch representing the Escarpment is not quite where you’ll actually find it in real life. Still, it looks a little better than the floor plan drawings on Farmstead, which look like a child made them.
Surprised to still see Coates hanging around – I thought they were a lock to sell, in a convenient location with great schools nearby.
And if you want a home with EXTRA WOW factor, then check out Lancaster. The wainscotting, pot lights, fireplace, stairs and hardwood all come together in just the right way. This is the kind of place where you invite your friends and family over and they start high-fiving you when they see it.
Same goes for Kincardine. Just plain sexy is right. So let’s play some sexy music for today’s theme song… enjoy!
