Even though there are only four properties in today’s list, it’s a can’t miss episode.
I’m going to talk about every single small detail in a property being flipped. Even though there will most definitely be profit, I’m not sure that I’m 100% confident in the workmanship, based on some small details.
While our clients are looking at the renovated kitchen and wall colours, we’re checking to make sure they’ll stay safe in a home that’s fixed properly.
Anyway, all four properties bring something interesting – Anderson is one of the TOWN of Milton’s best streets, and Grant Way has a great floor plan and lots of wonderful finishes. And we’ve been waiting months for a listing to come up at Greenlife West Side, and I’ll tell you about why it’s such a great option for a condo.
