Catchy title, isn’t it?  🙂  I’ll explain more in a second… but first… from your own experience shopping for a home, do you agree that good homes sell themselves?  I see certain descriptions where I’m thinking in my head, “They’re trying too hard!” and it achieves the opposite effect.  I think in some cases, it turns the buyer off.  Home buyers today are absolutely more educated than they’ve ever been (if you say because of MDH, I love you forever and always).  The point is… let it speak for itself.

We’ve got a couple of good deals today, including a two-bedroom at 100 Millside on a high floor for $270k, a 4-bedroom at ONLY $280k (as hard to find as bigfoot riding a unicorn), and I’ll talk about some advantages of “going local” when choosing your Realtor.
