My classic example of empathetic marketing is, “If you want to catch a mouse, think like the cheese.”

What that means is that if you’re listing a home to find a buyer, why not see things through their eyes?  How are your photos?  Would a buyer find them compelling enough to come have a look?  Did you put the square footage?  How many other options do THEY have (reality check – you are not the only listing out there)… and finally, what would a buyer be willing to spend on MY home?  It’s an interesting way to think.

I actually go speechless at one point in today’s episode – yes, the home is really quite a sight!  And we’ll talk about subjective value, the two different markets that exist right now, and lots more.  I feel a little lightheaded from my first CrossFit workout, really got my butt kicked.  🙂
