There are some fantastic picks in this list, but the real highlights are the double garage homes. Higginbotham is one of my favourite floor plans (Mattamy Plan 6), and it’s got some terrific upgrading. There’s also a cluster of homes, all a little less than 3000 square feet with a wide range of options – a less upgraded but lower priced value option (MAKE YOUR BED!), and then there’s some with basement suites, high quality upgrades, greenspace and no neighbours behind, and much more. Choose your favourite!
