Katy Perry’s 3-D movie “Part of Me” comes out next week, and this list reminds me of one of her songs. I’m seeing a lot of homes in today’s list that are either “Hot or Cold”. Or occasionally both – good looking home, but I don’t like the presentation or the price.
I think the townhouse on Shortreed and the double garages on Laurier and Clark are HOT. Semis always seem to surprise me when they sell, but most of the ones from today are COLD to me. And let’s not mention the “professional-quality” floor plans on Ware… good grief!
While my wife is watching Magic Mike with her friends, maybe I’ll considering seeing some eye candy of my own in 3-D next week. 🙂 Buyer Class tonight – should be terrific! Thanks for watching!
