Good things sometimes come in small packages.
Today’s list only has 8 properties, but there are some really good ones. For example, there’s a good deal on a condo at 100 Millside, perfect for the empty nest/downsizing audience. Needs a little work, but the renovated units go for good money when they’re done. Then there’s a nice investment property for under $400k, a four-bedroom double garage in one of Milton’s hottest areas (Dorset Park), and the last property has one of the nicest views in Milton, with a yard backing onto the 16-Mile Creek ravine, with a nice big house.
Please, no comments about the hair. I’m deeply troubled by how it turned out today. 🙂
