After being listed for probably a month on the ORTIS system, 906 Cabot finally has three things:

  1. Pictures!
  2. A lower price
  3. A listing on the TREB system

Long-time viewers will know that Milton has two overlapping MLS systems, TREB and ORTIS, and listing on only one can hurt your marketing.  I can’t believe it took so long for photos to show up.  We’re talking WEEKS.  I shake my head.  Especially because it’s a pretty decent looking house.

They listed it as a two-bedroom, even though the description says it can be converted back.  In those cases, the listing gets WAY more exposure when you list as a three-bedroom.  In my opinion, that’s what should have happened.

And if you know anybody looking for a renovated bungalow with a double garage in an area with lots of mature trees (and walking distance to downtown), then 280 Bell might be a super duper option.  Easily the Pick of the Day ™.

Speaking of mature trees… for today’s video, I’m highlighting our new listing in Burlington at 2166 Upper Middle Road, Unit #5.  It’s a renovated townhouse for only $439,000!  Have a look at the website, and be sure to tell either a first-time buyer, or a downsizer about this one.
