I bust out my Sherlock “Homes” (not Holmes) in today’s episode … partly because “It is my business to know what other people don’t know” 😉
No pictures on Farmstead? No problem! Nothing a little Google maps and a previous listing can’t fix. No pictures on Syndenham? No problem! I little floor plan action will fix that.
It’s also a day where smaller homes like Bowring and Wettlaufer are looking to compete against much larger places for the same price.
And on the other end of the spectrum is 1573 Jarvie, which is extremely well priced for a 3,000 square foot home plus a finished basement, on one of the best streets in the Beaty neighbourhood.
