When I look at the “dream estate” devised by the owners on Henderson, I can’t help thinking it looks like an early prototype of a vertebrate, or some kind of sign of life in the ocean from millions of years ago.

Is the land cheap? Yes. But the first acre is worth the most, and each subsequent acre becomes less valuable. So $41,000 per acre is a bit of a skewed number… unless it’s land used for development or farming, where each acre has a consistent dollar value.

Anyway, we also have the lowest-priced home with a backyard, priced $66,000 less than the SAME MODEL sold less than a week ago.

And they’re taking offers anytime.

I really can’t think of many better opportunities out there right now than the townhouse on Marks.
