Two of my favourites of the day are the detached homes on Trudeau and Kearns. They both seem like excellent value for under $500k. Impressive double garage on Duff for a little bit more, and earlier in the list, you can buy a semi-detached for $7k more than a townhouse at the exact same square footage… the choice seems obvious to me.
Went to the Town Hall meeting regarding potential development of the Peacock lands on the east side of Fourth Line. Could be the major reason why there’s a house for sale across the road. Nothing is finalized yet, and there are some real issues around the developer’s plan that need to be addressed. If you live in that area and want to discuss more, just send me an email.
