Today is an interesting day.
One home backs onto a newly built grocery store and is $7,000 more than a similar home that doesn’t back onto anything weird, another one is a mystery but something is clearly wrong, there’s a condo that doesn’t compare well with the other options in the price range, there’s a detached home that is probably a lot smaller than you would expect with the wrong builder listed, and more goodies.
Good thing you’ve got a friend who can sort out all this Milton real estate stuff for you. 🙂
