The point is… you don’t know. And before buying a home, you definitely should know. Even if it doesn’t bother you, it will affect the value of your home in the future, which should at least concern you.
Any inquiries about that kind of thing should be directed towards the Planning Department at the Town of Milton (milton.ca). And please remember, ideally it’s best to have a name of the contact from that department, and ideally something in writing will serve you much better than a phone conversation if you’re relying on that information to make a decision.
