Big day today with 24 listings, including the most expensive bank sale we’ve ever profiled, plus we’ve got a new Milton home on a big old Milton-style property on Bennett, with a bonus finished basement, and a neat townhouse floor plan that accommodates main floor living, including an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen. No more stairs for your older relatives! (and it also works great as a home office). I’ll talk about what buyers look for when they’re buying a $650k home, and also what to watch for when buying directly from the builder. Enjoy!
