If you look at some of the archived episodes, I was a little harsher in my early days doing these videos. 🙂 This blog is designed to be constructive, but every once in a while I need to burn a few bridges – if there’s something I see that I’m not into, I really have to let you know what’s on my mind. Brutal honesty… I think that’s one of the things people like most about this site.
Anyway, there’s a few nice homes that are a little high on the price side in today’s list, and we’ll talk about how to read the “washroom” field in a listing properly.
