Whenever I see the home on Ennisclare, I think of Patrick Bateman and his apartment. Long-time watchers of Milton Daily Homes will recognize that my mind works in mysterious ways.
We hear so many horror stories in the media about non-disclosure and problems that come up after closing… well, the sellers on Governors take a stab at being brutally honest about basement leakage. Good move or bad move? Overall, I’d say it’s a refreshing change from the normal, and it may actually help them.
The townhouse on Bronte for $295k looks good, especially because the $315k one is now sold conditional in the same complex, and a townhouse with NO garage just sold for the same price.
Great deal on a bungalow on Kingsleigh Court. It needs a little work, but that’s a great price point to work up from.
And for the second day in a row, we have a fantastic home backing onto greenspace on Watson. Should be a heavyweight battle!
One of my favourites is the Mattamy Tothburg model on Hollinrake. With a finished basement and greenspace behind, it’s an excellent price.
