For some reason, the “double” photos seem to be gaining momentum. Two very similar shots, with a minor detail like a car in and out of the driveway. Did I miss the memo on that? Just because you have 20 photo slots, doesn’t mean you need to use all of them.
Anyway, today we have 11 properties in our big weekend roundup. We’ll discuss when backing onto greenspace does and does not add value, and as we see towards the end of the video, the amount you SPEND on upgrades has very little to do with how much they’re actually worth when you’re done. Just like there are gold coins and bronze coins… each project has a different value and a different return-on-investment. I’ll give you the five best ones.
