There are a couple of condo townhouses to start us off… one of which is trying to raise the bar (again) for anything with electric baseboard heat, and the second is the LEAST EXPENSIVE way to buy a four-bedroom home in town… by a pretty wide margin. I could easily see Pitfield going way over asking because of the extra bedroom and the tasteful upgrades.

Even though Inman Heights has been hanging around just under $650k, I bet with the re-list for $609k that it will shoot up around what they were asking before when they receive offers. That’s the kind of market we’re in.

Landsborough is a strong contender for the Pick of the Day ™, with plenty of finished space for the money. BUT I’ll show you something in their photos that shouldn’t be there.

I found out Cousens Terrace sold already (yes things happen that quickly), and I thought the hardwood was much more brilliant on Cousens than Alexander. 🙂

Final note for today… upgrading your lights matters. Bite the bullet, spend a bit of money and change the impression of your rooms. For some reason, people always talk about painting, de-cluttering, and even flooring replacement – but not lights! It’s like the ugly step-child of home improvements before selling.

And here’s the link for the three places on the Oakville-Milton MLS system.  A few photos sure would be nice, but the link is updated in real-time, so you’ll see them once they’re up.
