Hope you had a terrific weekend! I took my 4-year old to see Despicable Me 2, and it was a really fun movie. I’ve always admired how the animated films can entertain adults and kids equally. Unfortunately we don’t have many kids that love MDH, but that’s okay. I still have clients who watch our episodes together, so I’d like to think we contribute to the overall relationship health of our community. 🙂
We have a lovely two-bedroom condo facing greenspace, a super deal on a semi for $389k that needs a little work, and a home on Field that really does look like it belongs in a magazine. I like the home on Conservation with the extra workshop, and we’ll also talk about why one little mistake on a listing means it’s invisible to half your audience (or more). And if you are strictly looking at square footage, you might save some money by finding a slightly smaller home with a similar floor plan.
